ABOUT

allison snyder

Simply, I’m a Georgia native constantly seeking creative outlets and more hot sauce. I’ve been in love with music my entire life. As a creative manager living in Los Angeles, I make every day about music and creativity. My best work comes from collaborating and making my clients’ vision the focus of the project.

In March 2017 I did what most twenty-something-year-olds living in LA would call bold, and traded my skirt suit in for jeans to pursue my dream of starting my own company, Artist Made Projects (AMP.) My day-to-day now consists of working with both music artists and content creators to develop artist branding, produce music videos, create content strategy and execute the strategy, project manage digital content production, photograph live events, and more.

Before graduating from the University of Oklahoma, I spent my last two (and best) summer breaks photographing shows, designing promotional content and managing social media channels during my internships at Red Light Management and RECESS Music + Ideas Festival. During the school year I designed custom apparel and managed projects as a Campus Manager for University Tees, and designed tour collateral for RECESS.

The summer after college I moved out west to Los Angeles, CA where I became the Head Graphic Designer for Create Music Group where I photographed talent, designed release and event campaigns and developed brand guidelines for Create and our musical talent. The following year I scored a job as an Executive Assistant to the Co-head Creative of CAA Marketing where I coordinated and designed pitch decks, and later got promoted to Junior Art Director working with Fortune 500 companies including Coco-Cola, Diageo, General Motors, Chipotle, and more.

I do everything in life like it’s my last time; you never know who you’re going to meet, where you’re going to get a killer introduction, or when you’re going to have your next breakthrough idea. As one of my favorite artists would say, “Take what you can from your dreams; make them as real as anything” – Dave Matthews.
